The requirements for the services of APC, have seen recent invites to tender in London, Norway, Germany, and most recently, the US. As the requirements are becoming more frequent and widespread, our reputation and service delivery record grows, each fresh challenge is readily embraced in the interest of the continuous process of enhancing our company and our client's results.
APC is currently supported at a senior level, from a Managing Director, and Business Development / Project Delivery Directors. We are currently engaged in the process of supplementing the current structure with Operations and Commercial Directors, to give more robustness and support moving forward.
Aligned to all the principles and values of the APMP accredited project management philosophy, APC strives continuously to adhere to, and implement the core values and ethos of the Project Controls function within any organisation it is involved in.
The APC operating philosophy is based around the “Tenspec” philosophy. We believe every Project or Programme can be assessed in a standard fashion, allowing us to put in place a tailored solution to maximise delivery and overall organisational benefits. We, and our clients to date, have found this to definitely to be the case, and the amount of repeat work we receive, is considerable in terms of turnover.
