At Concept stage of the project, the estimating of costs and time is based on targets that are clearly established through reasoned methodologies. As the project develops, APC will liaise and advise on contingency management, refinement of the estimate as the project progresses, and highlight any potential impacts due to cost/time/scope changes as they materialise.
